Gravloop ("the App") is developed and published as an independent iOS game. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and your rights regarding that information.

1. Information We Collect

Gravloop does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on our own servers. All game progress, settings, and statistics are stored locally on your device using Apple's UserDefaults system.

2. Apple Game Center

Gravloop integrates with Apple Game Center for leaderboards and achievements. When you sign in to Game Center and play Gravloop, Apple may collect and process your Game Center profile, scores, and achievement data in accordance with Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not receive or store your personal information through this integration.

3. In-App Purchases

Gravloop offers an optional one-time "Remove Ads" in-app purchase processed entirely through the Apple App Store. We do not collect, process, or store any payment information. All transactions are handled by Apple in accordance with their Privacy Policy.

4. Advertising

Gravloop may display rewarded video ads (shown when you choose to continue a run). These ads may be served by third-party ad networks. Ad networks may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve relevant ads, subject to their own privacy policies. You can opt out of personalised advertising in your device's Settings under Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising.

Purchasing the "Remove Ads" upgrade disables all advertising in the App.

5. Push Notifications

If you grant permission, Gravloop may send local push notifications reminding you of daily challenges or streak milestones. These notifications are generated entirely on your device and do not involve any external servers or data collection. You can disable notifications at any time in your device's Settings.

6. Analytics

Gravloop does not use any third-party analytics SDKs. No crash reports, usage analytics, or session data are sent to us or any third party.

7. Children's Privacy

Gravloop does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The App does not require account creation and does not collect personal information from any user, regardless of age.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

All data is stored locally on your device. You can delete all App data at any time by uninstalling Gravloop from your device. Uninstalling the App permanently removes all locally stored game data.
